MUTher is in beta — we're still working out kinks. The Chrome extension, MUTher Link, is on the Chrome Web Store.

Refund policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026.

Who charges you

MUTher is operated by Mind Your Now LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and the merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and processes any refund on our behalf. That is why the charge on your card or bank statement reads PADDLE.NET* MINDYOUR rather than MUTher.

What we refund

If MUTher is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.

An annual plan is refunded the same way: ask within the window and Paddle refunds it in full.

Cancelling is always free and always available, and it stops the next charge.

Cancelling and refunding are different things

  • Cancelling stops future renewals. Nothing is taken away today: MUTher keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no partial-month charge. Cancel it yourself in Settings — it takes effect at the end of the period.
  • A refund returns money that has already been charged. Ask for one using either route below.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email us. Write to [email protected] — mentioning the email address on your receipt helps us find the order faster. We answer every message.
  2. Ask Paddle directly. Paddle runs a buyer portal at paddle.net where you can look up your order from the email address on it, see your invoices and contact Paddle’s support about a charge. Because Paddle is the merchant of record, they can issue the refund without us.

Paddle returns the money to the original payment method. How long it then takes to appear is up to your bank — usually a few business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page takes away a right the law gives you. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made online. Digital services are the exception: where you asked for immediate access and agreed that the withdrawal period ends once the service starts, that right ends when MUTher starts working for you. Our own 14-day policy above applies either way, so you are not worse off.
